In Moste in Ljubljana, just a stone's throw from the city center, the construction of the new project "Stanovanja na zelenem bregu" has already begun. The project is characterized by low-energy construction with superior stone wool insulation and CLT wooden construction , which ensures a healthy living climate and excellent thermal insulation. Each unit will have underfloor heating with an air-water heat pump, a central ventilation system with recuperation that will provide fresh air with minimal energy consumption, and large panoramic glass surfaces and three-layer wooden windows with electric blinds will provide a superior living experience.
The units will be executed on a turnkey basis. Construction is already underway, tours are already possible, and takeover is scheduled for July 2025.
