Introducing the Cikava houses, where a new, fenced settlement with three detached houses has been created. The individual residential unit consists of a two-storey building covered by a gable roof, oriented on a spacious private garden.

kitchen, dining room and living room and ancillary spaces such as entrance hall, utility, toilet, storage room and staircase access to the first floor.
Exit to the terrace is provided on the south side of the building via the living room and a large panoramic glazed area.

the sleeping part of the house, which is connected to the lower part via a staircase.
On the first floor, the load-bearing structure allows complete flexibility of the internal partitions between the individual rooms.
The rooms can be arranged in different ways, with two or three bedrooms, a bathroom and a study or an additional living room.
To the west there will be a driveway with optional covered parking for two cars and a shed. The private garden will have all external connections for an annual kitchen.
